We are the first independent debt advisory specialist in Spain. Balboa was stablished in 2019 by a team of seasoned professionals, in the financial advisory and consultancy field, with more than 50 year of cumulated experience.

To give practical advice, based on a thorough analysis and a proven experience, with the aim to offer tailor made solutions in each situation to our clients, whether they are corporates and its shareholders (family groups, private equity, entrepreneurs,...) or debt suppliers (banks, debt funds, investment vehicles,...).
